About Me

I have been involved in NZs running scene for the last 8 years, from a grass roots level to the national stage. My passion for the sport began after achieving local recognition in Marlboroughs trail running community in 2018, with a slew of junior and senior records coming my way.

During my time at university I found a love for track and field, particularly in the 1500m - 5000m, improving my personal bests to 3.51 and 14:38 respectively. Here I joined Pnorty Distance Project, where I have been able to contribute to 5 national team road/cross country titles. In 2024 I graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and began working in the Waikato. This has given my a great appreciation for the balance required between work and high performance sports.

More recently I have been fortunate enough to be involved in multiple national finals from the 1500m track up to the 10km roads, achieving 2 podium positions in the national road mile and multiple top 5 placings across the spectrum of events.

My aim as a coach is to use my experiences to curate personalised training programs. With a weekly release format, I am able to cater to every athletes personal needs, balancing training with daily life. By not using AI, training becomes contextualised and accountable, allowing you to seemlessly achieve your goals whilst managing any challenges that life may bring.
